The Law of Reflection
The Law of Reflection Concept Builder is a tool that provides learners an opportunity to apply the law of light reflection in order to identify the reflected ray for any given incident ray and mirror orientation. Learners are presented with a plane mirror and an incident ray. They must identify the corresponding reflected ray. By tapping on the diagram, they can toggle through the 8 choices of answers until they find the appropriate ray. The Concept Builder includes 36 questions organized into 12 different Question Groups and spread across three different difficulty levels. The difficulty levels differ in terms of the number of required questions and the difficulty of those questions. Question-specific help is provided for each of the 12 situations. Use of this Concept Builder with our Task Tracker system allows teachers to track student progress.
Users are encouraged to open the Concept Builder and explore. There is no need for an activity sheet for this Concept Builder. However, the 12 different groups of questions can be printed. View
