Photoelectric Effect
The Photoelectric Effect simulation allows learners to examine some of the details surrounding the photoelectric effect. The role of frequency and intensity in affecting the ability of an incoming photon to eject an electron from a metal can be studied. And the actual observed results can be contrasted with what would be predicted based on the wave model of light.
