Collisions and Rotation Simulation
The Collisions and Rotation Simulation allows a learner to explore a variety of concepts associated with collisions. These concepts include the conservation of linear momentum, the conservation of angular momentum, and the degree to which linear kinetic energy conservation is dependent upon the elasticity. In a matter of minutes, trials can be run, results obtained, and calculations made.
Users are encouraged to open the Interactive and explore. We currently do not have a student activity sheet to accompany this simulation.
